Return Process
If you are not satisfied with the product quality or receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us at contact.xanivotee@gmail.com. If a return is required, you can send the product to 1601 NW 34th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73118, US.
Our priority is your satisfaction, and we’ve designed our return and refund policy to be simple and stress-free.
Return Procedure
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.
- For other returns or exchanges, you have 15 days from delivery to begin the process. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
- You can start a return through our website or by emailing us directly.
Please note: personalized, custom, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. For non-defective items, the customer covers return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once complete.
If defective or damaged items fall outside the 30-day window, we will work with you to find a solution, such as repair or replacement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund seems delayed, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged items can be replaced. To arrange an exchange, email contact.xanivotee@gmail.com and return the item to our Los Angeles address.
Gifts
- If your order was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a store credit for the return value.
- If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser, who will be notified.
Shipping
To return an item, contact us at contact.xanivotee@gmail.com for instructions. Return shipping fees (for non-defective items) are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Please ensure items are securely packaged and include the original invoice. Once received, we’ll inspect the product and proceed with your refund or exchange.
